Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about our eyelash extensions, aftercare, booking and training in Caluire-et-Cuire (Lyon).
How long does a set of eyelash extensions last?
On average 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare. A refill every 2 to 3 weeks keeps your look flawless.
What is the difference between the sets (classic, hybrid, Russian volume, liner, Kim K)?
The classic set applies one extension per natural lash for a natural look. Russian volume uses handmade fans for a dense, glamorous result. The hybrid set combines both. Liner and Kim K effects offer bolder, more defined styles.
How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?
Clean them daily with a suitable foam, brush them gently, and avoid oily products and rubbing. Do not apply mascara on the extensions.
Will the extensions damage my natural lashes?
No, when applied correctly and properly maintained. Each extension is applied to a single natural lash, respecting its growth cycle.
How do I book, and why a deposit?
Booking is done online via Planity, 24/7. A 20 EUR deposit (non-refundable) confirms the appointment, payable by PayPal (cocowlashes@hotmail.com, “friends & family”) or wero at 06 98 50 66 26.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Come with clean lashes and no make-up (no mascara or eyeshadow). Avoid caffeine before the session. More than 10 minutes late, the appointment is cancelled.
I have a set done by another technician, can I get a refill?
I do not perform refills on sets done elsewhere. Please book a removal beforehand (available as an option when booking).
Do you offer training courses?
Yes! As a certified trainer, I offer classic and Russian volume courses, phone coaching and advanced days. See the details on the Training page.
Where is the salon and what are the opening hours?
At 4 Rue Martin Basse, 69300 Caluire-et-Cuire. Open Monday to Friday 9am-4:30pm, Saturday 9am-7pm, closed on Sunday.
